This ban is most likely in place because the Kennedy motorcade was not parked, they were in fact moving.     I was just on the Parker Brothers share holder site and a new post for a "new patent- piece" came up. Upon clicking it, it redirected me to a page with placeholder text and the image of a John F Kennedy's vehicle. This could very well be the moment we've been waiting for. It could also, of course, been a simple programming error. Although it had full stats: +10 Critical Headshots, -2 Defense, +$100 everytime someone says "boom."
